Thrive@Work membership is open!

Hey Reader,

I talked about a BIG announcement last week during the workshop series on How to Thrive at Work During Change and Uncertainty. Today, I’m excited to share . . .

Thrive@Work community membership is officially OPEN!

This is a heart-centered community for mission-driven professionals seeking support with navigating stress, uncertainty, and change while staying focused on what matters most during this challenging season.

The Thrive@Work community is for you if you’re ready to . . .

  • Get consistent support from a community of peers and seasoned mission-driven professionals during this turbulent season.
  • Get grounded, clear, and be continuously supported and encouraged.
  • Prioritize your well-being and ground yourself in what seems like a groundless world.
  • Create a clear plan and tap into a support system to help you stay on track and get back on track when needed.
  • Focus on your sphere of influence and making consistent, meaningful impact one step at a time.

But here's the thing…

Since this is a beta launch, space is limited so I can focus on giving new members the best experience possible.

AND the next members-only virtual wellness retreat starts soon—Sunday, September 28th at 4PM ET.

Listen, I get it.

This isn’t about being naive about the gravity of the challenges we’re up against in this turbulent season.

If you feel overwhelmed by the weight of this moment, you’re not alone.

I remember what it was like after the 2016 election. I was the communications lead for an association focused on ending HIV and hepatitis.

The anxiety and fear of funding cuts, program rollbacks, and the undoing of hard-fought progress were real.

Navigating a transition like that was easier said than done.

Right now, with shifting budgets, layoffs, policy changes, and bracing for the next shoe to drop, it’s been challenging to ground yourself in what seems like a groundless world.

But despite challenges, setbacks, and unknowns, your mission is still critical. The need is still great. The work must continue.

You have gifts, talents, and resources that only you can give to the world right now.

You’ve faced tough times before, and I know you have what it takes to make it through again.

How exactly can Thrive@Work help you right now?

  • A Proven Process >> Follow a clear, step-by-step framework that simplifies your approach to sustainably caring for yourself and your team while doing the good work.
  • Community >> Get consistent support from peers and seasoned mission-driven professionals, including direct support from me, ensuring you receive practical, actionable advice.
  • Encouragement >> Stay motivated with the support of a vibrant, like-minded community that holds you accountable, provides feedback, and celebrates wins together, making the journey feel less lonely.
  • Continuous Learning >> Participate in practical courses, workshops, and masterclasses that are designed to help you make real progress instead of adding more things to your to-do list that you never get to.
  • Practical Resources >> Get access to a library of worksheets, templates, courses, and workshop replays (including the How to Thrive at Work During Change and Uncertainty series).

I'd love for you to join us.

About Meico

I’m Meico Marquette Whitlock.

Imagine a world where leaders and teams don’t just grind through the day but thrive in their work, without sacrificing their well-being. That’s the world I’m working to create.

I’m here to help you embody what it means to truly thrive and know your well-being is your greatest asset.

As a workplace well-being strategist, I’m on a mission to help purpose-driven leaders rewrite the narrative of success. I believe that impactful work doesn’t have to come at the cost of your health or happiness, and I’ve made it my life’s work to show you how.

I’m the founder and CEO of Mindful Techie, author of How to Thrive When Work Doesn’t Love You Back and The Intention Planner, and a certified trauma-informed mindfulness teacher.

I partner with mission-driven organizations to create cultures where belonging, balance, and purpose take center stage. In a world full of burnout and overwhelm, I help you navigate life, work, and technology in harmony.

During my previous career in the tech, nonprofit, and government sectors, I experienced more than my fair share of burnout and overwhelm in the name of making a difference. As a recovering workaholic, I use what I’ve learned to help changemakers like you make an impact without self-sacrifice.

I partner with you to create strategies and deliver programs that help your team scale impact while sustaining the right balance between life, work, and technology in today’s changing world.

I have worked with organizations such as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Cigna, and Greenpeace, and have been a featured speaker on ABC News, Fox 5, and Radio One. I'm also a former triathlete, love salsa dancing, and make the world’s best vegan chili! :-)

Are you ready to optimize your well-being and elevate your well-doing? Let’s get started!
